Dr. Jess Risk
I’m a Precision Nutrition-certified coach, certified weight-management specialist, and the founder of Risk Nutrition Co. My work centers on helping active women and athletes fuel their bodies with confidence — not restriction. My own journey includes a 70-lb weight loss and a full shift into recreational athletics, and it’s what drives my compassionate, no-nonsense approach to coaching.

As a Doctor of Education, I’ve presented nationally on topics including Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) and the unique nutritional needs of female performance athletes. My coaching is evidence-based and built around flexible eating strategies that fit real, busy lives — whether you’re a competitive athlete or just trying to show up consistently for your workouts.

I work with clients one-on-one to help them reach their aesthetic, performance, and health goals by building self-trust and consistency. True transformation, in my experience, comes from balance, self-awareness, and resilience — not from following a perfect plan.
