If any of these sound like you, I’ve been there too. For years, I underestimated my own nutrition needs—hiking 7–10 miles a day, doing CrossFit 4x a week, rock climbing 4x a week, and eating only 1,900 calories a day. At 5’10” and 160 lbs, that was absurd. I thought I was eating “enough,” but in reality, my body was screaming for more fuel.
Once I stopped underfueling and started eating for performance, everything changed—better recovery, improved endurance, and strength gains that finally stuck.
Now, I help active women and endurance athletes fuel the right way—so you can train harder, recover faster, and feel your best.
